The Open University of China, headed by Dr. Yang Zhijian (President), is compiling a series of books on world universities for information
about their construction, research initiatives and cooperative programs, and other data that will contribute to a systematic and comprehensive study determining the key factors of running open
universities.

In line with this, OUC is inviting bids to undertake case studies on world open universities with strong
positions and influences in different countries and regions. The deadline for the submission of proposals is on 30 March 2017.
