The Commonwealth Educational Media Centre for Asia (CEMCA), New Delhi has organized a consultative meeting of government officials, open universities, and other stakeholders to develop an Open Educational Resource (OER) draft policy for consideration of the Ministry of Human Resource Development (MHRD) of India. A draft report was submitted, and Prof. Nageshwar Rao, Vice-Chancellor of Uttarakhand Open University has presided the meeting.
