Shanghai Open University (SOU) is pleased to announce that applications for its 2017 International Visiting Scholar Program (Autumn Session) are now being accepted.

SOU will provide the successful fellowship candidates with the following:
- hotel accommodation
- living expense allowance (250 RMB per day)
- workspace with wifi telephone and internet access
