Ho Chi Minh City Open University will be hosting the 1st International Conference on Online Education (ICOE 2019) on 14-15 March 2019 in Nikko Hotel Saigon, District 1, Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam with the theme “Online Education: Opportunities and Challenges”.
ICOE2019 is the first International Conference on Online Education hosted by Ho Chi Minh City Open University, a public university located in the South of Vietnam. With a wide array of themes, ICOE 2019 will foster presentations and discussions among participants from different countries within and across disciplines of online education.
As a pioneer in the field of distance and online education in Vietnam, Ho Chi Minh City Open University is honored and delighted to invite scholars, policymakers, practitioners, researchers and graduate students to share thoughts and exchange ideas. The conference will be an active forum for participants to discuss and contribute to the development of online education. Dynamic programs of the conference will allow participants to reflect upon your own experience, establish new friendships and extend the network as well as explore current and future research directions.
