The VU delegation highlighted the achievements and impact of Virtual University’s Cisco Networking Academy, showcasing dedication to empowering tech talents in Pakistan through innovative educational programs.
Prof. Dr. Arshad Saleem Bhatti, Rector of Virtual University, delivered a compelling address underscoring the importance of technology education in shaping Pakistan’s future. His insights resonated with attendees, inspiring a sense of purpose and reaffirming VU’s commitment to excellence.

During the conference, the VU’s Cisco Networking Academy Support Center (ASC) and Instructor Training Center (ITC), under the Professional Development Center (PDC), received the prestigious Cisco Premier+ Networking Academy Partner Award. This recognition places VU among the top 5% of global Cisco Networking Academy partners and reinforces its leadership in networking education. The award was presented by Ms. Kaneez Fatima, MPA of the Gilgit Baltistan Assembly, to Mr. Ehsen Zafar Puri (Director-ICT VU).
This achievement closely follows the VU’s success earlier in the year when the Cisco Networking Academy ASC/ITC received the Cisco Premier Networking Academy Partner Award in May. These accolades highlight the dedication and excellence demonstrated by the VU team in providing high-quality IT and networking education and professional development opportunities. The Virtual University of Pakistan remains committed to providing quality education and fostering innovation in technology through initiatives like the Cisco Networking Academy.
