Open and innovative education has been rapidly developing and increasingly practised in higher education institutions, both conventional and online. Education is evolving and should continue to innovate in various aspects, such as delivery modes, curricula, and learner engagement. ICOIE 2025 will take place on 9–11 July 2025, as a hybrid conference, and explore key issues relevant to advancements in the area.
