The Universitas Terbuka (UT) is offering a short-term fellowship program to faculty and staff from different universities locally and abroad to provide a platform for capacity-building and establishment of sustainable partnerships as well as fostering knowledge exchange on ODeL.

UT will provide the successful fellowship candidates with the following:
- Full accommodation at UT’s Guest House
- Daily meals
- Office space with an internet access, computer, printer, and stationary
- Access to the University’s e-Library resources
- Local transportation to research sites
