Universitas Terbuka is offering four short-term Fellowship (2 fellows from different institutions on each intake) from AAOU member institutions for the year 2023. This programme is intended to provide a platform for capacity building and establishment of sustainable partnerships as well as fostering knowledge exchange and promotion of mutual understanding among staff of the open universities of Asia.

UT will provide successful candidates with the following:
1. A formal invitation letter for visa purposes
2. Full accommodation at UT Guest House
3. Daily meals
4.Office space with internet access, computer, printer, and stationary
5. Local transportation to research site (to regional offices) if needed
